Withdraw from contract

With our digital subscriptions the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we begin performing the contract, that is, when we provide your licence. This requires that at checkout you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so, and that we confirmed both to you in the order confirmation (§ 356(6) no. 2 of the German Civil Code). If you have not yet received a licence or one of these conditions is missing, you can withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders you place as a business (company account). Please describe your case briefly in the comment field; we review every declaration and get back to you.

Also withdraw add-ons from separate orders

This means add-ons such as the SEO package that you bought for this licence in a separate order. An add-on in the same order as the licence is always withdrawn with it.

Without the tick your add-on is not withdrawn. It runs on as a licence of its own with a new key and is still charged at its current amount and in its rhythm. What you already paid for it is not refunded. You can cancel it at any time.
