Which contract are you cancelling?

Licence key or order number. If you have neither to hand, leave the field empty: we then look up your contract by your email address and name. If several contracts are running, you pick the one to cancel right after.

If you cancel WebDonkey Premium, the SEO package, the maintenance package and the maintenance add-ons on this licence do not end with it automatically. If their subscription runs longer, each of them becomes a licence of its own with a new key after Premium has ended; you get the key by email. It unlocks nothing until you assign it to a matching licence in your customer account, and it keeps being charged until you cancel it. If you don't want to keep an add-on, cancel it too. The same applies to a Pages add-on when you cancel its Pages plan, and to maintenance add-ons when you cancel the maintenance package.
